You will find "new" and "used" spare parts on our website. Where these goods come from, why the quality is equal and why you should rather use second-hand goods for economic & ecological reasons, we will explain to you below:

"New" from Manufacturer

New goods (usually) come directly from the drone manufacturer and are produced as surplus in the same process as the drone.

Pros:

Warranty: You also benefit from the legally required 2 years

Cons:

Unecological: The spare parts are produced additionally. At the same time, however, some goods that are as good as new are scrapped - although they are fully functional and usually in excellent optical condition.
Strongly limited offer: Manufacturers do not promote self-repair due to economic unprofitability. Only very few spare parts are available.
Availability: Repairs are not supported. New spare parts are often not available/stocked.
No sale to private persons: Mostly spare parts are only sold to authorized repair shops.
High prices: Spare parts are often only offered at very high prices by the manufacturers in order to make the purchase of new models more attractive.

"Used Goods" by Dronivo

Spare parts not directly from the manufacturer are listed as "used goods". They come often from good as new drones, B-goods or return units.

Pros:

Ecological The repair with tested, re-used spare parts prolong product life, prevent mass production and thus help the environment.
Professional quality control: We check all drones visually, technically and functionally before disassembly and create test reports. Our technicians are experienced and have been repairing drones for more than 5 years.
Sale also to private customers: We supply the largest drone repair shops in Germany and Europe, as well as any private person without limitation.
Large selection, large stock: We offer from old to new models, from motor arm to GPS modules to Mainboards everything for the self repair.
Quality spare parts at low prices We are not subject to minimum pricing by the manufacturers and can therefore offer our spare parts at a reasonable price - depending on the market situation.

Cons:

Only articles in stock available: Since we produce all "used" spare parts ourselves, we can not offer over-sales.
Volatile stocks: We are dependent on returns from e.g. Amazon, which is why we cannot make a 100% prediction about future stocks and availability.
