Design

The T-Motor MN5212 follows the external design of the MN series and utilizes a special air-extracting cooling design that allows air to circulate around the rotors. The exceptional assembly workmanship and dynamic testing make it easier to accelerate and operate more stably.

 

T-MOTOR Details of the Winding of the Stators

The tight and orderly winding is professionally done by hand. Compared to loose-wound motors, the instant current is 15% lower, and the load current is reduced by 5-10%, resulting in higher efficiency and more torque. The standard and precise winding process, under the model of fixed connection with the ESC and with the requirement that the motor should turn in the same direction, provides customers not only with convenience but also a great experience of T-MOTOR's standard production process.

 

Comparison

Compared to other motors of the same specification, although both may have a similar exterior appearance, they differ significantly in detail. The bearings used in the T-MOTOR MN52xx series are double the size of those used in other motors of the same size, which increases stability.

 

Note: The 8 M3x12 screws, originally supplied with the motor, are intended for the installation of the propeller, propeller adapter, and carbon fiber propeller together with the covering plate. The screws to fix the bracket and the motor are not included because the thickness of brackets on the market varies. Incorrect installation may cause the screws to contact the wires, resulting in a short circuit or motor burnout.
