Your drone/multicopter has crashed? You have problems with the firmware or need other support? Dronivo is there for you! We are a German specialist dealer and have experience in drone repairs since 2015. We carry out just about 1000 repairs a year, with customer satisfaction as our top priority. Our qualified technicians will get your device back in the air quickly. We perform test flights with every repaired multicopter and guarantee full functionality after the repair.

What does it cost to repair?
DJI: 50 € fixed price + replacement part
Parrot: 75 € fixed price + replacement part
YUNEEC: 100 € fixed price + replacement part
For professional models and express repairs, we charge the fixed price 3 times.

What needs to be sent along?
We only need the drone, batterys and remote control.
How long does a repair take?
After the drone arrives, it usually takes about 2 weeks until you receive your repaired drone back. As flying and crashing are seasonal joys, there may be longer waiting times in some cases.
By arrangement, you can also bring your drone in personally for express repair. Depending on the damage, it is possible to pick it up again within 1-2 hours.
Are there any models that cannot be repaired?
We can repair all drones from the listed manufacturers (DJI, Parrot, Yuneec, Autel). For models from other manufacturers, please contact us in advance.
How does the payment work?
After receiving the cost estimate, we ask you for a short confirmation. You can then pay the corresponding amount via:
- Paypal
- Bank transfer
- Real-time bank transfer
- Cash payment at pick up
After receiving the payment, we will start with the repair.

Step 5 Time to fixYou confirm and pay the repair, OR you deny and only pay for the shipping back.
