This product provides an activation code for the DJI Care Enterprise Plus package for the Matrice 400, which must be redeemed on the official DJI website.

The service is valid for 12 months and includes a coverage limit of €8,800. Within this limit and the validity period, unlimited free repairs are possible.

Covered incidents include accidental damage, water damage, signal interference, and operational errors.

The factory-included service can be extended up to two times for an additional 12 months each, allowing a maximum coverage period of 36 months.

Important Notice:
This product includes only the activation code for registration with DJI. All service claims and procedures must be handled directly with DJI. Once the code is activated, the DJI Care plan is non-refundable.
