I am happy with the service I recieved from DRONIVO. The product is exactly that I was looking for and in top condition!

The only complaint is the delivery service supplied by DHL. Unfortunately for them, they treated the delivery very badly. I have been following my parcel with the tracking N° and according to them it is still somewhere in Germany. Nobody at DHL can give me a correct answer. Apparently the parcel has delivered and placed in someone elses letter box. This was at least a week ago! Fortunately we have honest neighbours that contacted me today (Sunday 07.06.2020) advising me the parcel was in their letterbox.
On DHL site my parcel according to the tracking N§ is still somewhere I would not know!
I would advise you to use another parcel service in the future!
